Egg Fried Rice can be prepared in 40 minutes and serves 3-4 people.

1 kg Basmati rice
1 cup Spring onion leaves chopped
1 cup Capsicum chopped
a pinch Yellow color
2 Carrot chopped
6 Egg
6 cloves Garlic chopped
1/2 cup Oil
few drops Sesame oil
1 tsp White pepper powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Flour mixed with chicken cube
2 tbsp Soya sauce
2 tbsp White vinegar
to taste Salt
