Take your traditional egg salad sandwiches to a whole new level with this delicious twist!

8 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions
3 Tbsp sour cream
1tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Dash of salt
Dash of lemon juice
8 slices bread
4 bacon slices, cooked
8 slices tomato
4 large lettuce leaves
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions
3 Tbsp sour cream
1tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Dash of salt
Dash of lemon juice
8 slices bread
4 bacon slices, cooked

Combine mayo, sour cream, green onions, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Stir to combine well.
