Egg wrap - easy and healthy

Super simple but scrumptious egg wrap with Old Bay breakfast potatoes.

4 eggs
•half red pepper diced
•quarter onion diced
•3 tbls extra virgin olive oil (1 tbls for peppers and 2 tbls for potatoes)
•tortillas
•1 tbls milk
•fat free cheddar cheese (or your cheese preference)
•2 yellow potatoes (medium size)
•1-2 tbls old bay seasoning (depending on desired taste)
