Extra Fudgy Chocolate Cake (with a secret ingredient icing)

Next time you are craving chocolate or something special to cure that sweet tooth, whip up my easy chocolate cake! Suitable for everyone... Vegans, high-fibre diets, low-fat diets, etc. I guarantee this cake will make you swoon!! :)

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups spelt flour or preferred
1/2 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder *hershey's makes a great one*
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup coconut oil
Icing Recipe
2 ripe Avocados, peeled and seeded
1/3 cup dark unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons Almond milk or preferred milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
1 1/4 cups spelt flour or preferred

1/2 tsp salt

Icing Recipe
2 ripe Avocados, peeled and seeded
1/3 cup dark unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons Almond milk or preferred milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
Whisk your dry ingredients together well and add the wet to them. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a square pan. Once cooled, top with chocolate icing. (That can be made while cake is baking)
Icing Directions...
Blend all your ingredients in a high-speed blender. You may need to scrape down the sides to get it going!
