This oatmeal is very filling and has a lot of flavor, and is simply to make. I did not have any milk one morning.I found some yogurt in my fridge.I put in it in the oatmeal.This dish is fabulous

1/2 cup regular oatmeal

one cup water

One teaspoon of honey

two tablespoons dried cranberry

One tablespoon sunflower seeds

One tablespoon any variety of granola

1/4 cup yogurt
