Chicken soup diet seems to have become mandatory for all of us especially as proteins and carbohydrates are able to meet their daily energy needs . Chicken soup is delicious especially when eaten with warm rice . However , the protein content is not only found in chickens , there are many other sources of protein such as fish can be a soup creations for baby . ingredients :
250 grams of meat fish ( snapper , carp or tilapia )
6 teaspoons of oil
5 cloves garlic , finely chopped
½ onion, roughly chopped
3 stalks celery , finely chopped
1 tomato , roughly chopped
1 carrot , diced
2 bay leaves
1 lemon
Fried onion to taste
Salt , pepper powder , black pepper .

How to make :
- Marinate fish fillets with lemon and a little salt , set aside.
- In a medium sized saucepan , put 1.5 liters of water , oil ( reserving a little for sauteing ) , and carrots . Simmer until carrots are tender .
- In a separate skillet , saute seasonings such as onions, garlic , and bay leaves until fragrant . Once cooked , put the seasoning stir the pot .
- Enter tomatoes ( tomatoes included last because precocious ) and chopped celery .
- Once all the ingredients are ripe , then you can enter the fish . The texture of the fish is much easier mature and easily destroyed than chicken . Wait until the fish is completely cooked .
- Remove and serve with a sprinkling of fried onions on it .
