Flat Iron is one of the best steaks you can find. It is just as tender as filet with more flavor at a fraction of the cost!

Simple Steak Seasoning:
1.5 pounds flat iron steak
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper

Season the steak liberally with salt and pepper.

Vacuum seal the seasoned steak into a plastic bag.
