This is basically traditional breakfast of south Indian origin dish . But it can available all over India. Made from fermented batter of rice & Lentil.

1 cup split lentils(urad dal)
3 cups rice
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds(methi)

1.Take and rinse the urad dal & rice. soak the urad dal with fenugreek seeds in a separate bowl. soak the rice separately for at least over night or 6-7 hrs .
