Foil Dinners
An easy meal you can assemble before you leave for your campout and put on the fire. No dishes to clean up, except your fork! It doesn't look like much, but it is delicious!

1 pound lean ground beef (not extra lean)
2 large Russet potatoes, peeled and chopped, but not too fine
3 carrots, chopped smaller than the potatoes
1 onion, chopped well
3 pieces of celery, chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp butter per packet
