Mouth-watering, smooth rich creamy cheesecake a sweet-tooth staple across the world. So dig-in to this recipe and enjoy this temping and luscious dessert.

16oz. of cream cheese
2 cups of vanilla wafers (crushed)
4oz. of sour cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup of confectioner sugar
3 tablespoons of butter (melted)
½ teaspoon of ground ginger
½ cup of light brown sugar
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
16 oz. of fresh strawberries
4 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees, next combine the cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup
of the confectioners, 2 eggs and 2 yolks and the vanilla. Mix on high until the cream cheese
mixture is smooth.
Step 2: In a medium bowl; crush the vanilla wafers until you get a powdery consistency, then
