This simple, flavorful, and healthy salad is the perfect spring side dish!

1 ½ - 1 ¾ lbs. fresh asparagus, tough ends trimmed and discarded
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
