Fresh Blueberry Pie

This fresh blueberry pie is a no-bake pie. Each blueberry is coated in luscious blueberry goodness and pops with flavor! The crust is made right in the pie pan and compliments the blueberry filling. You will make this pie over and over during the fresh blueberry season!

Crust Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of flour

1 1/2 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. salt

Filling Ingredients:
1 dry pint of blueberries , rinsed

1 cup sugar

3 Tbsp cornstarch

Juice of one lemon (approx. 3 tbsp of lemon juice if using bottled juice)

1/2 cup vegetable oil + 2 Tbsp. milk – beat together
