Transform peanuts into a snack of savory roasted goodness!

2 lbs shelled raw peanuts
1 Tablespoon peanut oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons salt
Optional seasonings: garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, season salt, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Rinse peanuts and pat dry.
3. Toss peanuts, oil, salt, and preferred seasonings together in a large bowl.
4. Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through. The outer covering of the nuts will be a rich brown color while the inside will be golden.
6. Enjoy as a snack, salad topping, cookie add-in or even make your own peanut butter!
