2 eggs
1/2 C Cooked Brown Rice
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1 clove Garlic, pressed or chopped fine
1/2 C Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Seasame Oil
1/2 C frozen carrots
1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Season (Optional)
1 C Shrimp, defrosted
2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
Green onions or Chives for garnish
1/2 C Cooked Brown Rice
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1 clove Garlic, pressed or chopped fine
1/2 C Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Seasame Oil
1/2 C frozen carrots
1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Season (Optional)
1 C Shrimp, defrosted
2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
Green onions or Chives for garnish
1. Defrost shrimp and carrots in a colander by running cold water over them.
2. Heat large skillet over high heat when hot scramble eggs.
3. Stir in brown rice to cooked eggs, stir in butter, garlic and onions.
4. Stir onions are soft add Ginger Garlic Season, carrots.
5. Stir continuously to prevent burning, when carrots are cooked through add shrimp and soy sauce.
6. Stir until heated through and serve. Garnish with green onions or chives.
