1 apple ( grated )
1/2 head of green cabbage
1 onion
1/2 t salt
Dash ground nutmeg
2 T cider vinegar
1 t sugar

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add apples, cabbage, onion, salt, nutmeg, vinegar, and sugar; sauté over medium-high heat until tender (about 12-15 minutes). Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
