1 pound of fresh okra
Buttermilk
2 Cups Flour divided
Ziploc Bag
Vegetable Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cut okra horizontally into 1/2 inch pieces.
Put cup of flour in Ziploc bag and toss in okra
Close bag and give it a good shake.
Over another bowl, pour okra and flour into a strainer to get access flour...
