You can stuff these with just about anything you like. These are stuffed with beef, onion, cream cheese and seasonings. They go great with any kind of stir fry, or just as appetizers with soy sauce, hot mustard, or sweet & sour sauce. They’re easy to make, always a favorite with our family.

½ tbl. Canola oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
¼ lb. lean ground beef
¼ cup minced onion
1 good dash of 5-spice powder
1 good dash garlic powder
1 good dash ground black pepper
4 tbl. low-fat cream cheese
1 tbl. cornstarch
1 or 2 tbl. water
1 package wonton skins
2 cups Canola oil (for frying wontons)
1 tsp. sesame oil
¼ lb. lean ground beef
¼ cup minced onion
1 good dash of 5-spice powder
1 good dash garlic powder
1 good dash ground black pepper
4 tbl. low-fat cream cheese
1 tbl. cornstarch
1 or 2 tbl. water
1 package wonton skins
2 cups Canola oil (for frying wontons)
• Put the ½ tbl. of Canola oil and sesame oil into a large skillet
• Add the ground beef and onion, and fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes until beef is browned
