Frozen Peanut Butter Mousse

1 egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. light corn syrup
dash of salt
Beat egg white in a small bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside Beat cream in a small bowl until stiff. Set aside. Place peanut butter in a medium sized bowl and gradually beat in milk until smooth. Mix in corn syrup and salt until well blended. Fold in egg white and cream, gently, into peanut butter mixture until smooth and well blended. Pour into 8- 4oz individual serving cups or a 1 qt. bowl. Cover and freeze until firm. About 1 hour for individuals and 3 hours for quart bowl. About 10 to 15 mins before serving remove from freezer and place in refridgerator. 30 mins for quart bowl.
