quick and easy way to make Fro-Yo with 4 basic ingredients! note: You will need an ice cream maker *will fill up a little over 500g yoghurt container

1-2 cups Plain Yogurt
125mL All-Purpose cream
1/4 cup sugar (use extra if needed)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Fruits or other toppings (optional)

If your ice cream maker needs to be put in the freezer, place your ice cream bowl 8-15 hrs ahead (or follow manufacturer instructions).
to make Yoghurt base:
In a bowl,
whisk together Yoghurt and cream.
Once mixed together, add in sugar and whisk until sugar dissolves
add in vanilla extract and whisk well to combine.
chill yogurt base for an hour or two.
once you're ready, prepare Ice cream maker/bowl and add yoghurt base to it
churn according to manufacturer's instruction (mine is 15-20 mins with the use of the kitchenaid ice cream bowl)
*at the last 4-5 minutes, add in your (optional) topping such as fruits or chocolates.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
*would finish as soft serve. Transfer to another container and freeze if needed to firm up.
