Six to eight quail
½ cup vinegar
Green powder half arthritis
Two to three pieces green pepper
Half of mint arthritis
(Two meals teaspoon red pepper) grinded
(One teaspoon of pepper) chopped
(Powder ½ teaspoon) crushed
Two spoons ginger garlic paste
Three to four spoon basin
Zrdy(yellow) color a pinch
Ghee(oil) for frying

1)Clean quails and apply vinegar to one side.
2)Now make paste of mint and green chilli .
3)In a mixing bowl make the paste of red pepper, black pepper, crushed powder, ginger garlic paste, gram flour and mix well Add Zrdy(yellow) color and leave for half an hour.
4)Heat Ghee(oil) in a pan and fry the quails ans Use tissue papers so they can dry the oil.
5)Finally server yummy Quails!
