Fudgy Paleo Brownies

These came out so moist, dense and fudgy. Also while being a delicious treat they're packed full of protein and fiber thanks to the eggs and coconut flour. A brownie you can feel good about eating!

2 eggs and a flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp water, let sit to thicken)
1/2 cup of coconut sugar (I used stevia but to keep paleo use coconut sugar)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil (I used canola oil, to keep paleo use coconut oil)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 chocolate chips
1/2 cup of coconut sugar (I used stevia but to keep paleo use coconut sugar)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil (I used canola oil, to keep paleo use coconut oil)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. If using coconut oil, melt in microwave (measure oil after melting) and let cool. In a bowl whisk eggs until pale and frothy than add in the flax egg and whisk until combined....
