1/2 lb. Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Bacon
1 Carrot ( julienned )
1 Cucumber ( julienned )
1/4 cup Hoisin
Cilantro ( to garnish )
Sriracha ( to garnish )
Yeast Mixture:
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Yeast
1 tbsp. Warm Water
Steamed Buns:
2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour ( plus extra for dusting )
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Warm Water
1 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Baking Powder

PREPARING THE DOUGH
