Wow your guests with this fun and cute Thanksgiving vegetable platter!
15-20 servings
2 celery stalks ( washed and cut )
1 package baby carrots
1 head broccoli ( washed and cut )
1 head cauliflower ( washed and cut )
1 sweet pepper
2 eyes ( food grade )
2 candy coated sunflower seeds ( found at Joann's Fabric )
2 cucmbers ( washed and sliced )
16 oz sour cream
1 oz ranch dressing packet
1 package mushrooms ( washed and sliced )
1 package baby carrots
1 head broccoli ( washed and cut )
1 head cauliflower ( washed and cut )
1 sweet pepper
2 eyes ( food grade )
2 candy coated sunflower seeds ( found at Joann's Fabric )
2 cucmbers ( washed and sliced )
16 oz sour cream
1 oz ranch dressing packet
1 package mushrooms ( washed and sliced )
Arrange on a platter to look like a turkey. Put the eyes and candy coated sunflower seeds on with a little corn syrup.
Serve with 16 ounces sour cream mixed with 1 ounce ranch dip mix packet.
