Garlic Butter Cheese Naan

My another creation using cheese.

2 cups Plain flour
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon instant yeast
salt to taste
1/3 cup melted butter
5 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves of garlic minced
Knead 2 cups of flour with 1 tablespoon yoghurt, 1tablespoon butter ,1 teaspoon heaped instant yeast, salt to taste, sugar 1tablespoon and lukewarm water as needed to make smooth soft dough but not sticky. Cover and let it rise for abt an hour or so. divide the dough into 5 equal size balls, flatten them on the palm, put some cheese in the centre and then join all the sides in the centre to make a ball, roll the balls using rolling pins, don't roll them too much otherwise cheese will come out. make naan as usual on stove or oven. If using stove, then heat a pan. Put your naans over the pan and cook from both sides properly. If using oven then preheat the oven at 180 degrees, put the naans in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. finally prepare the mixture of butter, garlic powder and parsley and brush it generously over the hot naans.
