Here’s your new favorite snack - a little garlic and Parmesan make this Kale as crunchy, salty, and addictive as potato chips.

1 small bunch of curly kale
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (more to taste, as needed)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Pinch of crushed red pepper
