These Garlicky Mushroom and Chipotle Refried Bean Tortas are a fun twist on the Mexican classic!

1 (7-oz.) can La Morena Sliced Green JalapeƱo Peppers
2 cups arugula
1 (1-lb.) package sliced mushrooms
