4 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
Dash of salt and pepper
2 celery ribs, chopped finely
1/4 cup onion, chopped finely
2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
2/3 cup mayonnaise (I use miracle whip)
BBQ Potato Chips (check the label!)
