Giardiniera peppers are added to homemade hummus for a spicy and flavorful hummus.

1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 cups giardiniera peppers, drained
3 teaspoons giadiniera liquid
2-15 ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup olive oil
