Ingredients:
• 1/2 whole chicken, cut into 16 pieces
• 100 grams of potatoes, cut in squares
• 2 carrots, cut oblique
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 stalk celery, tied
• 4 cm ginger, crushed
• 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, finely crushed (it could be a regular pepper), add a little nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1,750 ml chicken broth
• 1 leek, cut into oblique
• 1 tablespoon oil, for sauteing

How to make:
Marinate the chicken with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Saute onion, garlic, celery, and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir until the color changes.
Pour water. Cook until boiling. Add potatoes, carrots, fish sauce, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir well and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
Insert green onion, then stir well. Serve while warm.
