Ginger Sweet Bunapi

Simple, delicious, and warms you up!

3.5 oz. bunapi mushroom
1 tablespoon agave nectar
½ tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup water
Paprika to taste
Mix agave nectar, soy sauce, ginger and water in a small pan, bring to boil. Add bunapi and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. If becoming dry, add water, then adjust seasoning. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
