Ahem. Attention please... This is "the cheesecake from heaven" -don't believe? I dare you to make it..try it on your own! Perfect crust with bursting flavor..yum!

6 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 Cups mashed gingersnaps {about 40 cookies}
2 small ripe pears {any kind}, peeled, cored, and sliced 1/8 inch thick
1/4 t. ground ginger
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature
3 t. vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream, room temperature
