A wonderful gluten-free dessert

Cake:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup Chobani plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3 small bananas, mashed
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups King Arthur Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Glaze:
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp Shamrock Farms Fat-Free Milk
1 tsp vanilla
For Cake: *Combine sugar, yogurt, butter, and eggs. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Spread into a greased 10x5x1-inch baking sheet (a regular rimmed cookie sheet). ...
