Gluten Free Shasta Surprise

8 to 10 boneless chicken breasts
1 c cooking oil
1 c soy sauce
2 c Shasta lemon lime soda
10-15 medium potatoes
1 large onion
2 green peppers, chopped
1 lb baby carrots
15 to 20 small mushrooms
Approximately 12 hours before cooking time, combine oil, soy sauce and soda. Add chicken and marinate in refrigerator. When ready to cook add chicken to a crock pot. Add new mixture of marinade. Add remaining ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
