Goulash in the Ninja

Easy Ninja Hamburger & Corn Goulash! I put this together before work, put it in the fridge for the day and let my son put it on the Ninja when he gets home from school.

1 lb hamburger
1 can corn, drained
2 cups beef broth
1 can tomato sauce (14 oz)
1 can Rotel
2 T dried onion
1/2 T chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried parsley
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1. In the Ninja, brown the hamburger & drain off any grease.
2. Layer 2 cups of elbow macaroni, uncooked. Layer the can of corn on the macaroni.
3. I used beef bouillon so put that on the corn now.
4. Pour on the tomato sauce & Rotel tomatoes.
5. Add the seasonings.
6. Cover & put in the fridge until ready to use.
7. Pour 2 cups of water along the edges of the pan. Do not stir yet!
8. Cook on stovetop low in the Ninja. Stir after about 15 mins.
9. Continue to cook on stovetop low until the pasta is cooked.
