A super simple and delicious grain-free + vegan breadstick recipe.

1 cup almond flour (Bob's Red Mill)
3/4 cup arrowroot starch
1/2 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
1/2 teaspoon guar gum
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp milk, or any plain milk substitute
1 tablespoon olive oil, extra for brushing
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, arrowroot starch, potato starch, guar gum, baking soda and salt.
