Super simple to make, you don't even need to roll these babies out! And to know they are grain-free too, makes these delicious and easy tortillas a real dream come true!

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Heat a green crepe pan (here's a less expensive green crepe pan we haven't tried, but it looks good too) over medium heat.
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Spray or pour avocado oil on the pan
Quickly pour tortilla mixture onto the hot pan, turning to cover all the way to the edges of the pan.
Allow to bubble, then turn with a spatula. Cook until done.
