Gratin of chicken to pasta

2 Tbsp butter
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
vegetables of choice (or mushrooms, celery, peppers and onions)1 box
tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1 clove of garlic
2 cups cooked rotini
cheese parmesan cheese to taste
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese
parsley
Step 1: Cook the pasta. STEP 2 heat the butter. Step 3: return the vegetables, then add salt and pepper. Step 4: Add the tomatoes and the chicken broth, then simmer for a few minutes. Step 5: Add the chicken or turkey. Add the cooked pasta, parsley and parmesan cheese. Step 6: Pour in a baking dish and cover with mozzarella cheese. STEP 7 Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F about 15 minutes and broil
