1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons flour
8 ounces cream cheese (light works well)
2 cups milk (skim is great)
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
