•2 T Penzeys Greek Seasoning
•2 t garlic salt
•cooking spray
•2 t canola oil
•2 c cucumber, sliced
•2 c red onion, thinly sliced

•1/4 c red wine vinegar
•1 t extra virgin olive oil
