Tzatziki. Cucumber dill sauce. Yogurt dip. The stuff you slather on your favorite Greek food. Heaven. Whatever you call it, this flavorful topping is the perfect way to get a bit of zip into your meal, no matter what you’re serving. 1 pound English cucumbers, peeled & seeded
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
