Greek Yogurt Apple Cinnamon Muffins

These apple cinnamon muffins are made better for you with plenty of healthy ingredient swaps! They have less sugar and oil than regular muffins and instead are loaded with Greek yogurt, whole wheat flour and maple syrup. Large apple chunks and a crumbly delicious oatmeal cinnamon streusel topping make them the best treat for fall! Try them for breakfast or brunch this weekend - and they'd be perfect for Thanksgiving, too!

For the streusel:
1/3 cup white flour
1 tablespoon quick cooking oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cold stick butter
Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
Wet ingredients:
1 large egg
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup light brown sugar

1/3 cup white flour
