Greek yogurt banana bread with dark chocolate

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 very ripe bananas, about 1 cup
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or sub a mixture of white and white whole-wheat flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup milk or dark chocolate chips (dark are healthier)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a bread pan and set aside.
