This soup is EASY AND HEALTHY! This Green Salsa Soup is very similar to chicken tortilla and you could possibly even call it that. Using green salsa adds a kick and yummy veggie flavor. You can use store-bought OR homemade. Green salsa is fairly simple.

1 lb frozen chicken tenderloins
2-3 cups of green salsa (or more as needed to suit your taste)
1 can diced tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes)
2 cups black beans (canned or dry ones that have already been soaked)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1 cup water or chicken broth, if desired.
2-3 cups of green salsa (or more as needed to suit your taste)
1 can diced tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes)
2 cups black beans (canned or dry ones that have already been soaked)
