Grilled Banana Sandwich

While looking for healthy recipes, I came across this one and it is delicious! If you love Banana's and Honey Butter you will love this sandwich. Besides, it's an excuse to eat Confectioners' Sugar during Breakfast hehe

For the Honey Butter:
1/2 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup or 1 stick of unsalted butter, melted
Mix the above ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Mine wasn't very thick when I first mixed it together so I set mine in the refrigerator until I needed it.
For the Sandwich:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 slices of Honey Wheat Bread
1 Banana, peeled and sliced
Honey Butter
Confectioners Sugar
1/2 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
