2 teaspoons blackened seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
!Pineapple Salsa:
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple ( diced )
1/2 cup red bell pepper ( diced )
1/2 cup red onion ( diced )
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tablespoons lime juice ( about 1 lime )
Dash of salt
!Homemade Blackened Seasoning:
1 1/2 Tablespoons paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons blackened seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
!Pineapple Salsa:
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple ( diced )
1/2 cup red bell pepper ( diced )
1/2 cup red onion ( diced )
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tablespoons lime juice ( about 1 lime )

!Homemade Blackened Seasoning:
1 1/2 Tablespoons paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for blackened seasoning. Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place.
