Grilled Cheesy Bacon Jalapenos

Previously, this recipe JUST had melted cheese in the jalapenos but we received a comment from one of our readers to add bacon and cream cheese. We tried it out and liked it MUCH better.. so here is the new and improved recipe. Thanks Chelsie! Don’t think that because these are made from jalapenos they will be crazy hot. 7-8 jalapenos
garlic salt
cream cheese, to taste
Colby Jack cheese, rectangled to fit inside each pepper (Instead of cubed... I know that's not a word but I don't know how else to describe it!)
4-5 slices thick bacon, grilled or pan fried, cut into pieces
fresh cracked pepper
Ranch dressing or BBQ sauce
garlic salt
cream cheese, to taste
