Oh my!!! Nectarine Chutney is AWESOME!!!
1 lb firm-ripe nectarines, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
1 small garlic clove, chopped
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder (preferably Madras)
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lb total)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Garnish: fresh cilantro sprigs
