4 thick-cut, boneless pork loin chops
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh basil leaves, minced
3 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 lemon, juice of
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp pepper
In a bowl, mix olive oil, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Coat each side of the pork chops with the oil mixture and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Place chops on the grill for about 10 minutes...
