Grilled Spicy Mahi Mahi

This is a wonderful recipe for this very tasty fish. It's a little spicy, but oh so good!

3 lbs Mahi Mahi Fish
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1. Add all the ingredients together (except fish) and mix. 2. Place fish into the marinade and allow to set for 15 minutes. Mix and allow to sit another 15 minutes. 3. Heat grill on high and grill fish for 4 minutes on each side. 4. Serve with garlic and basil mashed potatoes and avocado garden salad. Yum!
