Ground Turkey Stroganoff - with a kick

With some healthy substitution and a few surprise ingredients, this meal will surprise you! Give it a try ;)

1 lb of ground turkey
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 lb of mushrooms sliced
3 TB butter
3TB flour
2 cups Beef Stock
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup dill relish
1 TB Mustard
1/2 pound of egg noodles cooked
